The CGRC promotes economic growth by investing Foreign Investment Capital in job-creating enterprises throughout the City of Charlotte, the Carolinas and select areas across USA. The CGRC sources and structures investments that meet the permanent residency and capital preservation goals of foreign investors. CGRC is also in the process of being designated as an EB-5 Regional Center with few specific projects in the Carolinas.
