The Carolina Global Regional Center (“CGRC ”) received approval and designation from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), a division of the United States Department of Homeland Security on August 27, 2013.

The Maryland Global Regional Center ( “MGRC”) received approval and designation from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (”USCIS” ), a division of the United States Department of Homeland Security on April 24, 2015.
Total 25 Designated Counties in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia & Washington, DC
An EB-5 Regional Center is an entity approved by the federal government to raise foreign investment and invest such funds in projects that create jobs for U.S. workers. The CGRC is approved to secure foreign investment through the EB-5 Program for real estate projects within select counties in North & South Carolinas. CGRC will ensure proper oversight and compliance of all applicable laws and regulations to maintain the confidence of the stakeholders.
The above Regional Centers plan to promote economic growth by investing Foreign Investment Capital in job-creating enterprises throughout the Carolinas, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
In 2013, CGRC qualified a Saw Mill Manufacturing Facility in Halifax County in North Carolina. Current projects include an Oceanfront Flagged Hotel in Myrtle Beach and Multi-Family Apartment complex in Charlotte, NC. Future projects under due diligence include a Water Filter Manufacturing Company, Full Service Hotel and Assisted Living Facility ( ALF).
